About us

Our mission

Our goal is to provide a powerful, affordable event ticketing solution that can handle events of any size and complexity without trouble.

At events.ma we work to put fans first. Every day we listen to your feedback and work to improve your experience before, during and after events.

You now have more options than ever to enjoy live events, and things are only getting better.

We are making real changes and putting you first in everything we do. Here is just a taste of what we are working on...

When you buy a ticket you support your favourite live events, such as your favourite comedian, shows, concerts and family entertainment. We want you to know how the ticketing process works and how we think it could be better for fans, performers and artists.

We focus on using new technology and building new products that make sure tickets end up in the hands of real fans.

Every day, millions of fans trust events.ma to buy and sell tickets for unforgettable live experiences. We work continuously to give fans a smooth, safe and fair ticket-buying experience.

Who owns the tickets to your favourite live events?

Tickets sold on events.ma belong to the people who put on the event, also known as the "event organiser".

events.ma is the largest ticket marketplace in Morocco, and we work with event organisers to make their tickets available through our marketplace, which includes websites, apps and fan support centres in every country.

The difference between a presale date and an on-sale date

Before tickets go on sale, event organisers tell us how many tickets they want to make available, the ticket price, and the date they want sales to start.

In many cases you will see ticket sales listed as "Presale" or "General sale". Event organisers may run these early presales as part of promotional work with a third party, such as offering tickets to certain bank card holders in exchange for the card issuer promoting the event to its customers, or as part of fan loyalty programmes to get tickets straight into the hands of their best fans, those who belong to a fan club or who registered in advance. General sales, on the other hand, are open to every fan and usually start a day after any presale ends.

What a ticket costs: price, fees and taxes

Event organisers set the price of Standard, Platinum and VIP tickets.

Fees, including our share of them, vary by event and cover the cost of the services we provide to venues, promoters and fans, including new technology, customer support, fraud prevention, marketing and other services.

Ticket prices also include taxes set by the state.

Ticket delivery and entry

Once you have bought a ticket, getting into your favourite live events should be easy.

We offer event organisers several ways to deliver tickets to fans, including mobile tickets, box office pickup, print at home and post. These options are always chosen by the event organiser.

More and more, event organisers are choosing our mobile ticketing as the only way into their shows. Mobile ticketing uses an encrypted digital ticket that removes ticket fraud and counterfeiting by making it impossible to copy and sell fake paper tickets.

You can always check the delivery option you selected and get to your tickets for mobile-entry events from your account on our website or in the app events.ma. No smartphone? We will make sure you get into your event by having your tickets ready at the venue box office. You can easily update your delivery method.

Transfer your ticket

Many people like attending live events with their friends, their family or their loved ones. e-vents.ma has made it safe and easy to transfer tickets you cannot use, or tickets bought for friends and family, straight from your account.

In your account, find your order and choose Transfer tickets, select who you want to send them to and how they should be delivered (send the link by WhatsApp or email).
