Fatoumata Diawara, the Grammy-nominated Malian singer, songwriter, guitarist, and actress, continues to reinvent traditional African music, blending her Mandinka roots with influences from afrobeat, jazz, pop, electronic, and hip hop. On her new album, *London Ko*, Fatoumata Diawara teams up with her collaborator Damon Albarn (Gorillaz, Blur), who co-produces six tracks on the album and features on the lead single, "Nsera," which has been critically acclaimed by Pitchfork, Stereogum, okafrica., WNYC, the podcast Object of Sound, and more.
